Tools of protection from Malevolent Corporate Entities
The world we live in today is unfortunately chock full of evil info-vampires that wish to harvest your very mind, soul, and time on this plane to feed their own greed. By sharing these tools I hope to make the life of whoever stumbles upon them better through the removal of those dark influences.

Dispelling Ads 🛡️
uBlock Origin is by far the best ad-slaying browser add-on one can use. Unfortunately, its addition has been banned within the territories of Chrome. For this I recommend moving to another browser. The best one I've come upon so far is Brave. It also posseses its own ad-slaying capabilities, as well as allowing you to watch Youtube Ad-Free and in the background on iOS devices without need of a Premium subscription.
Film Archives of Ill Repute 🏴☠️
If you wish to watch films, series etc. without having to pay a dozen subscriptions to the dark lords, then yarrlist.com is for you.
As the name suggests, Yarrlist is a pirating website catalogue. I suggest looking through the category you desire and deciding on which of the many ports you wish to settle in.
Using the Brave Browser will make the experience much more pleasant on any device, as it disables pop-ups and adds which will otherwise plague you like quick-time events whenever trying to watch something on these sites.
Breaking the Algorhythmic Geas 🧛
Modern walled cities are designed to sow discord for profit between their citizens. Do your best to break their influence over you.
For the dreaded and now dead Tweeting Bird I have no higher recommendation than the Control Pannel for Twitter browser addon. It allows you to do anything from hiding those pesky, panic-inducing "Explore" buttons, to outright hiding accounts with Blue Checkmarks, aka Discource Vampires. I'd highly recommend this, as new policies put in place on twitter have created incentives for these creatures to ragebait other users for profit. Arguing under their posts will not change their minds, instead it will only empower them further.
I also highly recommend enabling the feature that only shows you your "Following" timeline. This prevents the algorhithm from injecting unwanted or predatory posts to your timeline, allowing you to focus on whoever you wish to follow.
As for Youtube, the best recommendations I can give are SponsorBlock and Unhook. The first allows you to automatically skip ads within the video itself, while the second can let you hide recommended videos, playlists or even the entire home page in order to help you break the habbit of endless scrolling.
A personal recommendation of mine is to create an entirely different youtube account where you only subscribe to whatever channel provides useful information or genuinely sparks joy within you.
Improving your Scrying Orb Experience 📱✨🔮
While Apple users may be restricted in how much they can improve the experience within their walled city, for Android users the sky is the limit.
For you, I recommend looking into ReVanced Manager. It takes a bit of time to set up, but once you've got it established on your device, you shall be freed. It can install cracked versions of various apps, from Youtube to Reddit, which almost entirely remove ads without restricting you to a browser view like Brave.
You are now well equipped to handle the dangers of the modern Web, take care fellow traveler...
